Система профессионального развития государственных гражданских служащих: современное состояние и пути совершенствования
The article deals with the current and extremely important topic-the modern system of professional development of civil servants. The professionalism of civil servants largely determines the effectiveness of public administration. The article analyzes the main changes in the legislation in terms of additional professional education of civil servants. The author emphasizes the isolation of the content of programs of additional professional education from the official (official) duties of employees. The problem of introduction of new forms of professional development of employees and financing of these activities is raised. The directions of further improvement of professional development of civil servants are offered and proved.
