О применении K-средних для определения распределения масс гантелеобразных небесных тел
It is well known that several small celestial objects are of irregular shape. In particular, there exist asteroids of the so-called “dog-bone” shape. It turns out that approximation of these bodies by dumb-bells, as proposed by V.V. Beletsky, provides an effective tool for analytical investigation of dynamics in vicinities of such bodies. There remains the question of how to divide reasonably a “dogbone” body into two parts using available measurement data.
In this paper we introduce an approach based on the so-called KK-mean algorithm proposed by the prominent Polish mathematician H. Steinhaus.
- In the second decade of the XXI century the role of tourism destination attractiveness is becoming increasingly important for destination management. Competition in tourism market moves from ordinary service quality to provision of unforgettable emotional experience for tourists. The main purpose of the present study is to identify the perception of the tourism destinations based on the number of factors related to its tourist attractiveness.
The content analysis method was used to analyze the on-line tourist feedback data immensely available in Social Media and in travel related sites. The collected data made it possible to procure the information which is necessary to understand the perceived attractiveness of the destinations and key destination appeal factors that are important for Russian leisure travelers.
Results of the present study demonstrate key attractiveness factors or destination ‘properties’ that were unveiled as the most important for Russian leisure tourists. The study targeted five main Spanish tourism destinations that initially were determined by in-depth interview with a number of Russian nationals who had visited Spain at least once.
The research results can be useful for Spanish Tourism Organization Representation office in Russia as well as for the other national tourism organizations in order to promote their respective destinations for Russian travelers focusing on main attractiveness factors identified in this study.
The article is devoted to the problem of selfdisclosure of a personality as implicit readiness to active self-fulfillment. The author examines positive and negative consequences of self-disclosure in communication and studies temporal boundaries, time and relevance of self-disclosure of a person in dyadic, interpersonal and inter-group relationship.
Focuses on methods and practical tools for creating information-analytical system for monitoring hazardous celestial bodies and planning to counter the NEO hazard. The structure of the system and a description of its functional components that allow automated mode to provide a rapid assessment of potential threats and forecast the consequences of a collision dangerous space objects with the Earth.
We consider dynamics of a space elevator on an asteroid, i. e., spacecraft attached to a rotating celestial body with a light inextensible tether. We study the domains attainable for the spacecraft depending on such problem parameters as the angular velocity of the asteroid, the tether length, the position of the anchor at the surface, etc. We develop a method based on Routh procedure that allows one to identify the relative equilibria of the system in study and to analyze its stability and bifurcations. Some non-trivial classes of the solutions are found and their relations to the libration points are examined.
A method based on the spectral analysis of thermowave oscillations formed under the effect of radiation of lasers operated in a periodic pulsed mode is developed for investigating the state of the interface of multilayered systems. The method is based on high sensitivity of the shape of the oscillating component of the pyrometric signal to adhesion characteristics of the phase interface. The shape of the signal is quantitatively estimated using the correlation coefficient (for a film–interface system) and the transfer function (for multilayered specimens).
