Представления сотрудников российских организаций об эффективности групповой работы
This paper focused on the analysis of the representations of Russian companies employees about the effectiveness of teamwork and its contribution to the organizational results. The results of a survey of 843 employees of Russian companies are presented. It shows how respondents assess the contribution of group work to the effectiveness of the organization and what difficulties they encounter in the process of group work. Practical recommendations on organization of group work are offered.
