Программно-аппаратное обеспечение сетевого энергоучетного комплекса
The structural, functional and algorithmic organization of the energy accounting system (EAS) for electric and heating power networks energy monitoring is proposed. EAS distributed architecture provides a synchronized collection of energy network parameters, sources and consumers of energy conversion and storage nodes. In connection with a wide variety of sensors, transducers and instrumentation at the sites of energy networks in EAS architecture including multi-channel modular data-loggers, each of them shall be determined by monitoring tasks in accordance with the general network hierarchy. Provision data export EAS of automated accounting systems and SCADA-application objects examined the network via standard protocols ICT interoperability. EAS data-logger unit based on programmable logic controller VIDA350 firmware was developed. It is providing multi-channel data collection and processing. The software is implemented into the JECalc module of the remote monitoring OpenJEVis JAVA-application. The EAS performance estimation was provided using the data from HIL Micro grid made on the basis of National Instruments hardware and software. Analysis of the energy profile in accordance with the objectives and parameters for HIL Micro grid monitoring results, including short-term forecast of consumption, building energy balance and others were carried out. The results of the HIL Micro grid experimental research using EAS are given. This work was supported by university grant, agreement №2016 / PI-2 "Development of a methodology for monitoring and utilization of the heat flows as low-grade resource of the enterprise."
