The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of Russian platforms claiming the title of «crowdinvesting». Common features and features of development are revealed. Comparison with typical models crowdinvesting, crowdlending and syndication of business angelic capital is made. The actual absence in Russia of platforms completely corresponding to the model of classical crowdinvesting is determined. There is a lack of unity of business models of domestic platforms that continue to produce the most optimal organizational solutions in the absence of effective legal regulation.
