Достижение ключевых факторов успеха проектов по внедрению сложной системы продуктов на разных стадиях жизненного цикла
The article contains results of research about key success factors in Complex Product Systemsprojects (CoPS-projects). Results based on survey of major foreign companies’ projects managers such as Micron Optics (US), HBM FiberSesning (Portugal), Sylex (Slovakia), OzOptics (USA) and others. The study revealed defining characteristics of successful CoPSprojects, key factors and criteria for determining the success across all life cycle stages. As a result, the article proposes a mechanism of CoPS-project management based on monitoring the success factors at each project stage.
Cross-functional cooperation is considered as one of the most crucial conditions to ensure effectiveness of new product development process. Particular interest arises in identifying conditions which lead to effective cooperation between marketing and R&D as they are deemed pivotal departments in developing innovations. This paper generalizes data from empirical researches and suggests synthesis model of factors affecting effectiveness of cooperation.
This book chapter discusses issues related to the innovative activity of firms, the similarity and distinction of the following categories e.g. innovative marketing and marketing innovations. The issues of the new product development process and successful commercialization of innovative products in the market are thoroughly examined in this book chapter.
The main purpose of this article is to develop approach to determining the success of NPD-projects at different stages of its life cycle. As part of the study the authors explore the theoretical essence of the success NPD-projects concept, key success factors and criteria, based on Life Cycle model.
The life cycle of the NPD-project was considered through such steps as: ideas generation for the product; development of the product concept and idea; build a business case (a feasibility study); development of the preliminary design of the product; testing and validation; new product launch and market penetration.
As a result, the theoretical concepts discussed among the review criteria and success factors were selected with take into account the specificity of projects on creation of new products, so it will be taken as a basis for further practical analysis. As for success factors, the authors did not find in the theory of the ideal approach to identifying critical success factors of NPD-projects. As a result, was formed set of factors of success through the provision of different models those recognized by all the authors of scientific works and those that reflect the specifics of NPD-projects in terms of management, the project team, the project and its external environment.
Construction industry is one of the main and the most conventional economic drivers which explains the participants or construction project teams’ strong resistance to innovation tools and techniques. One of such widespread IT techniques is the process of generating, storing, managing, exchanging, and sharing building information in an interoperable and reusable way, known as building information modelling. The importance of BIM for construction project sustainability during a project life cycle is acknowledged by architectural, engineering, construction (AEC) companies worldwide. However, the efforts of implementing BIM in Russia had hardly been successful till they gained governmental support. The aim of the present research is to investigate BIM application in Russian construction projects by different project participants during a project life cycle and analyse its first evident results. Based on real case studies and state roadmap analysis, peculiarities of BIM implementation in Russian construction market sector were identified and the impact of BIM on construction project sustainability and providing value provided for client were revealed. In particular benefits of governmental support for the success of BIM spread in industry are defined and possible pitfalls AEC companies may encounter in construction project management processes are revealed. Analysis of the findings proves that BIM application allows companies to enhance their performance and competitiveness on the market. As for the key pitfalls, they are rooted in the lack of unified standards for dealing with building information modelling.
Among all business processes, the process of NPD plays an exceptional role. In current competitive environment, the successful implementation of the process is believed to be of great importance for any company. Therefore, the importance of cross-functional collaboration between company departments (especially, between R&D and marketing departments) becomes obvious. However, the lack of systematic approach to operationalization of the concept and the lack of scientific attention in Russia remain the most acute challenges. Current research is conducted in order to systematize the existing views on the concept, and to design the construct, describing the concept and applicable during the further research on the topic.
The paper examines the structure, governance, and balance sheets of state-controlled banks in Russia, which accounted for over 55 percent of the total assets in the country's banking system in early 2012. The author offers a credible estimate of the size of the country's state banking sector by including banks that are indirectly owned by public organizations. Contrary to some predictions based on the theoretical literature on economic transition, he explains the relatively high profitability and efficiency of Russian state-controlled banks by pointing to their competitive position in such functions as acquisition and disposal of assets on behalf of the government. Also suggested in the paper is a different way of looking at market concentration in Russia (by consolidating the market shares of core state-controlled banks), which produces a picture of a more concentrated market than officially reported. Lastly, one of the author's interesting conclusions is that China provides a better benchmark than the formerly centrally planned economies of Central and Eastern Europe by which to assess the viability of state ownership of banks in Russia and to evaluate the country's banking sector.
The paper examines the principles for the supervision of financial conglomerates proposed by BCBS in the consultative document published in December 2011. Moreover, the article proposes a number of suggestions worked out by the authors within the HSE research team.

At present many industries reveal tendency for setting up of vertically integrated companies (VIC) the structure of which unites all technological processes. This tendency proved its efficiency in oil industry where coordination of all successive stages of technological process, namely, oil prospecting and production -oil transportation - oil processing - oil chemistry - oil products and oil chemicals marketing, is necessary. The article considers specific features of introduction of "personnel management" module at enterprises of oil and gas industry.
