Inventory management EOQ-model generalization is reviewed taking into account storage renting situations and the deferrals provided for the order cost payments. The results will allow for managers to improve the decisions quality by considering the practical future of receipt of the revenue, when it is required to correlate it, on average, with the end of the reorder interval (instead of with the middle of this interval as is assumed in theory). Optimization provided taking into account time value of money, to evaluate the impact of order payments deferrals on the efficiency of working capital. Situations analyzed, when the payment deferral provides an opportunity to pay cost of the order from the revenue. For this situations, it is established the necessary and sufficient condition. Specificity of such optimization procedures futures are illustrated with numerical examples.
