Применение обратного анализа для определения реологических констант материалов по результатам тестовых формовок круглых мембран
The paper is oriented toward the problem of superplastic materials characterization using free bulging testing. This experimental technique allows one to study the material flow behavior in conditions of biaxial tension which is very close to the ones occurring during hot gas forming. The interpretation of the results is proposed to perform by inverse analysis using a special semianalytical method for simulation of free bulging test for the direct problem. This approach was applied for the results of industrial aluminum alloys testing. The obtained material constants were used in finite element simulation of bulging process in odrer to verify the efficiency of proposed technique. The results of the simulations were found to be in good agreement with the experimental data.
