Инновационная деятельность регионов и предприятий: исследование понятийно-терминологического аппарата
In article the basic concepts of innovative activity, including innovative processes, environment, climate of the region and the enterprise are considered. The interrelation of elements of the innovative environment (social, technological, economic and political spheres) and process of implementation of innovations is analysed. The innovative climate is defined as the conditions which have developed for a certain period of time in an environment of the organization influencing efficiency of it's of innovative activity, and the innovative capacity of the organization - as set of various types of the resources necessary for implementation of innovative activity. The conclusion is drawn that determination of level of innovative development of the enterprise constructed on an assessment of innovative climate, environment and capacity of the organization is a basis for elaboration of further innovative strategy
In this work has been systematized theoretical foundations of economic benefit and efficiency, was investigated the nature of the efficiency for sustainable enterprise development, was highlighted economic benefits and the essence of the economic effect, summarized the existing performance indicators, was represented a set of means and methods to ensure cost-effectiveness for the sustainable enterprise development.
With the space industry used as an example, the article explores the issues of evaluating the need for innovative personnel in high-technology areas. The possibilities of using the existing methodology in determining the need for highly professional staff are explored. The role of science and educational centers is analysed as being an effective organizational form in developing the innovative potential of labor market. Also, the suggestions are given about implementing a competency approach to education using the framework of educative science-industrial clusters.

At present many industries reveal tendency for setting up of vertically integrated companies (VIC) the structure of which unites all technological processes. This tendency proved its efficiency in oil industry where coordination of all successive stages of technological process, namely, oil prospecting and production -oil transportation - oil processing - oil chemistry - oil products and oil chemicals marketing, is necessary. The article considers specific features of introduction of "personnel management" module at enterprises of oil and gas industry.
