Justification of the concept of professional retraining of the experts having higher education and experience of practical work in the sphere of process management of operating activities of the company on the basis of libraries of the best international experience of management of business processes is presented in article. Recommendations about the content of training, structure of the curriculum, a teaching technique are developed. Features of carrying out training with participation of teachers of practicians, on the basis of experience of implementation of programs of professional retraining in business school are described.
