In this article the existing approaches to the innovative project portfolio management are systematized as well as the possibility of their implementation to industrial clusters is determined. Innovative project management requires creation of a new model that is effective in the conditions of high project complexity and uncertainty of the external environment. The article offers an analysis of creativereflective model of project management, which allows making the management process more flexible and adaptive.
