The problems of creation of project network for innovation projects implementation are observed in the article. The authors study questions regarding the essence and peculiarities of the project networks, as well as approaches to innovation project activity in project networks organization. Special attention is paid to research of the “strong” ties role in both project and project network success and efficiency. Basing on the results the recommendations for project networks implementation are provided.
The variety of project management methodologies provides managers with different techniques and tools for projects planning and implementation. At the same time there is substantial lack of the systematized approaches to management of innovation projects. In the article key factors of the methodological techniques selection in innovation project management are revealed and discussed. Analysis of different project management standards tools and possibilities of their usage is also fulfilled. An application of some extra methodological techniques is studied. The research makes a theoretical contribution to project management by the detection of the frames for project management techniques selection and adaptation in innovation project implementation. Recommendations for practical application are based on the theoretical findings, elaborated during the research and include systematization of factors, which must be taken in consideration during innovation project planning and realization and also description of specific features of project methodology use in management of innovation projects.
The article describes the methods of economic evaluation of innovative projects. The special attention is given to the positive and negative sides of the static evaluation methods and techniques with the flexibility that is built into the project. The article discusses questions of related to the valuation of the innovation projects. For this in addition to the use of standard methods (methods based on discounted cash flow), the use of a real option. The object of analysis selected a specific innovation project submitted to the contest Russian innovation. On the basis of the data (the original data of the project have been changed), was estimated additional cost of the project with the "flexibility" of leadership.
Smoking is a problem, bringing signifi cant social and economic costs to Russiansociety. However, ratifi cation of the World health organization Framework conventionon tobacco control makes it possible to improve Russian legislation accordingto the international standards. So, I describe some measures that should be taken bythe Russian authorities in the nearest future, and I examine their effi ciency. By studyingthe international evidence I analyze the impact of the smoke-free areas, advertisementand sponsorship bans, tax increases, etc. on the prevalence of smoking, cigaretteconsumption and some other indicators. I also investigate the obstacles confrontingthe Russian authorities when they introduce new policy measures and the public attitudetowards these measures. I conclude that there is a number of easy-to-implementanti-smoking activities that need no fi nancial resources but only a political will.
One of the most important indicators of company's success is the increase of its value. The article investigates traditional methods of company's value assessment and the evidence that the application of these methods is incorrect in the new stage of economy. So it is necessary to create a new method of valuation based on the new main sources of company's success that is its intellectual capital.

At present many industries reveal tendency for setting up of vertically integrated companies (VIC) the structure of which unites all technological processes. This tendency proved its efficiency in oil industry where coordination of all successive stages of technological process, namely, oil prospecting and production -oil transportation - oil processing - oil chemistry - oil products and oil chemicals marketing, is necessary. The article considers specific features of introduction of "personnel management" module at enterprises of oil and gas industry.
