The article describes the derivative personality's forming process in relation to a commercial corporation. The process is divided into a number of stages by the the authors. The establishment is described as the first stage of the formation of the commercial corporation's "personality". During the presentation of this stage the analysis of the corporation's constructing is made, which is based on the documentation and focusing on the state registration of a legal entity. The authors determine the subject's identifying possibility after its state registration, and PSRN is recognized as the external means of the identification. Individualization is defined as the next stage of the formation of the commercial corporation's "personality", provided by such means as the company name, address and location. As the last stage of formation of the commercial corporation's "personality" personalization is determined, provided by the business reputation. The material's presentation for each step is based on the analysis of the normative regulation and the practices of its implementation.
