Infotainment on Russian TV as a tool of desacralization of Soviet myths and the creation of a myth about the future
This paper analyzes the stages of adaptation of "infotainment" to the specifics of the Russian television industry. The paper discusses methods of professional journalism as a tool for the interpretation of the facts and the overthrowing of the myths of mass consciousness, which were formed by Soviet propaganda. According to the author, television news and other infotainment programs have affected the socio-cultural processes in Russian society, such as the shaping of the worldview of post-Soviet intellectuals, who are called "new intelligentsia".
This paper deals with the process of incorporation of “infotainment” in the Russian television industry. Professional journalism is analyzed as a tool for the interpretation of facts, which have contributed to erode the myths of mass consciousness, which were formed by Soviet propaganda. According to the author, television news and other infotainment programs have affected socio-cultural processes in Russia; in particular, they have contributed to shaping the worldview of post-Soviet intellectuals, known as the “new intelligentsia”.
The article proposes systematization of the narration levels in the symbolic politics. Special attention is paid to contemporary situation in the civilization experience of symbolization.
The article considers a problem of the relationship of television preferences and value orientations of the Russians. The results of concrete sociological research, conducted by the author in 2013, are presented. This research, based on a nationwide survey on a representative sample of 1,600 people, was realized in frame of the project "Social and Cultural Role of the Russian TV in the National Information Space" under the auspices of the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communication of the Russian Federation.
This book is a collection of chapters about emerged during last 15 years international television channels and their impact on international global media configuration. During this periode some new global channels emerged in non-western world, such as in Russia, Middle East etc. This book examines geopolitical strategies of such channels, theirs content and define new spaces for the future research in field of internationalization of media.
En 2005, le Kremlin a lancé la première chaîne internationale de télévision russe destinée en priorité à des publics étrangers : Russia Today. Depuis, cette télévision qui diffuse en anglais, arabe et espagnol est un instrument considérable de la diplomatie russe. Dans ce chapitre, nous essayons de montrer comment l’inauguration de cette chaîne, plus de 70 ans après les premières émissions internationales, en allemand, de Radio Moscou, s’inscrit parfaitement dans la ligne poursuivie par la politique extérieure de la « Nouvelle Russie » qui entend se repositionner, depuis plus d’une dizaine d’années, sur la scène internationale comme une grande puissance, comme l’illustre la crise en Ukraine, la plus grave qui ait eu lieu dans les territoires de l’ex-URSS depuis la chute de celle-ci. Nous allons procéder en trois temps : nous reviendrons d’abord sur l’évolution de la diplomatie russe, avant d’analyser comment la Russie a organisé en fonction de cette dernière son dispositif de médias internationaux et de voir la place qu’occupe Russia Today dans celui-ci, et, enfin, d’examiner le contenu de la chaîne.
The paper is focused on the study of reaction of italian literature critics on the publication of the Boris Pasternak's novel "Doctor Jivago". The analysys of the book ""Doctor Jivago", Pasternak, 1958, Italy" (published in Russian language in "Reka vremen", 2012, in Moscow) is given. The papers of italian writers, critics and historians of literature, who reacted immediately upon the publication of the novel (A. Moravia, I. Calvino, F.Fortini, C. Cassola, C. Salinari ecc.) are studied and analised.
In the article the patterns of the realization of emotional utterances in dialogic and monologic speech are described. The author pays special attention to the characteristic features of the speech of a speaker feeling psychic tension and to the compositional-pragmatic peculiarities of dialogic and monologic text.
