Устойчивость стратегических целей – необходимое условие развития Газпрома как глобальной энергетической компании
Газовая промышленность. 2014. № 704. С. 10–20.
Afanasyev A. A.
Gazprom is a global leader in terms of its gas reserves, production, and exports; it also reports net revenue leadership positions. Gazprom is a key player in the Russian and global gas markets, offering sustainable supplies over many decades. Therefore, sustainable Gazprom’s strategic goals and gas volumes appear one of core preconditions for economic development, energy security, and wealth of Russia and its partners in Europe and East Asia. Furthermore, Gazprom’s innovations and its operations efficiency are among the key drivers of Russian-wide economic stability and operating performance, including the country’s health over crisis and post-crisis years. These and other considerations are addressed by the author.

We consider the macroscopic limit for the space-time density fluctuations in the open symmetric simple exclusion in the quasi-static scaling limit. We prove that the distribution of these fluctuations converge to a gaussian space-time field that is delta correlated in time but with long-range correlations in space. ...

We study the celebrated Shiryaev-Wonham filter (Wonham, W.M., in J. Soc. Ind. Appl. Math. 347–369, 1964) in its historical setup, where the hidden Markov jump process has two states. We are interested in the weak noise regime for the observation equation. Interestingly, this becomes a strong noise regime for the filtering equations. Earlier results of ...

This paper examines the contemporary models of international competitiveness adopted by Big Tech corporations between 2010 and 2025. The study aims to identify the internal drivers underpinning the resilience of technological giants and to assess their capacity to withstand external shocks, including sanctions, geo-economic fragmentation, and regulatory shifts. To achieve this objective, the authors employ ...

Post-Soviet Eurasia is one of the world's most geopolitically consequential and rapidly transforming regions. Developments across it increasingly reshape political, economic and social relations far beyond its borders. Understanding these dynamics is therefore both intellectually urgent and analytically demanding, requiring an interdisciplinary approach capable of moving beyond established categories and fragmented national perspectives.

In this paper, we present explicit formulas for the inverse and determinant in geometric (Clifford) algebras over vector spaces of dimension n = 7. The derivation of these formulas is made possible by generalizing the concept of conjugation to basis conjugation operations. We further develop a general method for constructing such formulas over odd-dimensional spaces ...

In this work we study the applicability of Quasi-Cyclic Subfield Subcodes of Dual Elliptic (QC-SSDE) codes for integration into code-based cryptographic schemes. Detailed algorithms are provided for constructing parity-check matrices as well as block-circulant parity-check matrices for this family of codes, accompanied by empirical results that enable the construction of QC-SSDE codes with predetermined dimensions. ...

This paper examines the nonlinear relationship between inflation and economic growth across Russian regions, contributing to the literature on the inflation-growth nexus by using subnational evidence from a large and economically heterogeneous country. Using panel data for 83 regions over the period 2015–2023, we estimate fixed-effects models with a quadratic specification of inflation. The growth-maximizing ...

Graphons are measurable functions used to describe the asymptotic behavior of convergent graph families. Originally motivated by problems in combinatorics and graph theory, graphons have found numerous applications in the modeling and analysis of dynamical processes on networks. In this work, we use graphons to formulate the Ising model on convergent graph sequences, which include ...

The Birman–Williams problem on describing the planetary link of a fibered knot K in S^3 has been partially solved. Drawing on data from the 2024 RLMS-HSE, the article shows that employmentrelated risks are increasingly being shifted onto workers in Russia, while employment differentiation already affects more than 40% of employed Russians, even without taking into account deviations from standard working hours, which are typical of most representatives of the mass social strata. We develop a novel cloud-function formalism describing the dynamical relationship between sensory-information processing in large-scale brain networks (supraliminal processing) and the content of the mental representation of an observed object. The impact of state subsidies on Russia's post-Soviet dairy output remains controversial; this study provides an empirical analysis of that relationship. Using an unbalanced panel dataset of 123 dairy enterprises in the Leningrad Region spanning the period from 2010 to 2023, we employ stochastic frontier analysis to assess these relationships. The results indicate that subsidies ...

Within narrowly defined industries, the most productive firms produce far more than the least productive from the same inputs, and this dispersion widens in downturns. We build a tractable representative-agent model in which financial frictions—adverse selection and moral hazard—make firms sort endogenously into lenders, strategic defaulters, and producers. As credit conditions vary, the resulting misallocation ...
