Анализ деятельности управляющих компаний индустриальных парков

The paper considers the main trends in the industrial parks sector for the period 2019 - 2020. According to the authors, the indicators of development of the industrial parks sector (growth of the number of areas, tax benefits, availability of infrastructure) should be expanded by the performance indicators of management companies, first of all by the indicators of financial and economic nature. The article gives an enlarged characteristic of industrial parks located in the Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. Based on the data of the official reporting of industrial parks JSC "Industrial park Oka - Polymer" and LLC "Technopark Real-Invest" the authors analyzed the dynamics of the main financial and economic indicators of activity for the period 2018 - 2020, including the analysis of profitability indicators. The analysis showed that the financial and economic condition of the objects of research is in the positive zone, the dynamics of the studied indicators should be characterized as positive. As a conclusion, the authors formulated the thesis on the possibility of developing the analysis of the activities of management companies of industrial parks in a two-tier system, which will provide more detailed results for decision-making of a managerial nature
