Многокритериальная оптимизация управления запасами в условиях неопределенности при формализации исходных данных на основе стандартизованного подхода
The article proposes a modified algorithm for multicriteria optimization of reserve management in conditions of uncertainty, based on the use of standardized data to represent indicators of particular criteria. This approach is aimed at eliminating the phenomenon of inadequate selection, in which criteria with smaller orders of magnitude have virtually no effect on the final decision due to an imbalance in their numerical ranges. It is shown that the transition to standardized data makes it possible to offset the distorting effect of the heterogeneity of measurement scales and ensures that the contribution of each criterion to the integrated assessment of alternatives is commensurate. Unlike the previously proposed approach using generalized data, the new modification demonstrates comparable effectiveness in eliminating the phenomenon of inadequate choice, but at the same time leads to a different ranking of alternatives, expanding the arsenal of multicriteria analysis methods. Numerical verification of the algorithm was carried out using the example of the task of choosing a logistics intermediary and a product inventory management strategy in conditions of uncertain demand and delayed deliveries. It has been established that the use of standardized data makes it possible in some cases to eliminate the influence of the phenomenon of inadequate choice. The results of the study are of practical importance for the development of corporate decision support systems that ensure balanced consideration of a variety of contradictory criteria in conditions of uncertainty.
