The use of the Keynesian concept of increasing the economic activity of the state and increasing the level of employment in a crisis situation is considered. In the process of balancing the budget, the Russian Federation faces a budget deficit, which is covered by various methods. The concept of Keynes in the modern world remains relevant due to the similarity of economic cycles. The Russian Federation also uses the concept of balancing the budget, but faces a number of difficulties due to the need to solve the problem of different budget provision of the regions.
