Стратегии цифровизации российских промышленных компаний: «якоря стабильности» и ключевые изменения за пятилетку неопределенности и шоков
The paper discusses the shifts in the determinants of digitalization processes in the Russian manufacturers under the impact of shocks in recent years. How are digitalization strategies changing in companies? What factors of digitalization remained relevant? What directions in digitalisation is the government setting? Empirical analysis based on two waves of a survey by the National Research University “Higher School of Economics” of manufacturing companies (2018 and 2022) revealed the increasing involvement of companies in the orbit of digital transformation, with participation in foreign economic activity, implementation of innovative development models and organizational fl exibility playing a decisive role in such decisions. Government support is linked to the application of digital technologies by companies but does not contribute to a strategy of comprehensive digitalization of business. Shocks in the economy are associated with the spread of digital expansion and fl exibility strategies, as well as the anchoring digital leadership to the exporters and large integrated businesses.
