Применение событийного подхода для развития лидерских навыков в студенческих патриотических движениях
Leadership skills play a crucial role for modern specialists, as they enable effective management of teams, stimulate the team to achieve tasks and goals, promote personal growth, and optimize work processes. Participation in patriotic movements provides students with unique opportunities to demonstrate their leadership qualities. The event-based approach enhances the effectiveness of student involvement in patriotic movements. This article aims to explore the application of the eventbased approach to developing leadership skills among students through participation in patriotic movements. Research methods include literature review and source analysis, empirical methods, content analysis, and modeling. The methodological development of events within patriotic movements is focused to achieve the following aims: the development of leadership qualities in students, fostering a sense of patriotism, and instilling a caring attitude toward the environment and historical monuments. The authors conclude that leadership encompasses both personal qualities and social skills that contribute to effective management and group motivation. The study of student patriotic movements in Russia emphasizes their significant role in fostering patriotism and social engagement among youth. The event-based approach has a notable impact on the formation of leadership skills in students, enriching their experience and promoting personal development in the context of participation in patriotic movements.
