Методика оценки мотивационной сферы у преподавателей физической культуры
The article describes a method of estimating the motivational sphere of physical education teachers. Methodology includes 21 items, grouped in three scales: «love for children», «interest in the sport» and «interest in educational activities». It has been implemented on the platform of hardware and software psychodiagnostic complex «Multipsihometr» and was used in the blank format. For the calculation of test standards used data obtained by 65 teachers of physical culture. Indicators of students of the Faculty of Physical Education for all scales of the questionnaire is lower than that of teachers. The study revealed some of the negative trends in the group of teachers today, when most of the creative age (35 – 40 years) by the very low levels of «love for children» and «interest in educational activities». It is shown that sports and educational activities build the identity of the teacher in accordance with the requirements of this sector and in close relationship with its characteristic motivations.
