Higher school students are challenged with the lack of conversation practice while learning a foreign language. This problem can be solved by organizing conversation clubs that aim to help learners acquire fluency in speaking. Such extracurricular activities enhance students' motivation, improves their speaking as well as social skills.
The article examines the experience of China's investment policy aimed at creating favorable conditions to attract investment, particularly foreign direct investments, to the most important country's industries. In recent years, this policy (the establishment of free economic zones, trade liberalization, the establishment of an appropriate legislative framework, state support for investors) has brought noticeable positive results, but with the beginning of the global financial crisis allowed to avoid the most painful consequences. This experience taking into account all its particularities can be useful for our economy.

The author focuses on thecompetence for vocationally oriented language teaching at levels A1 and A 2.
Статья о проблеме рассмотрения семейно-родственных понятий с помощью экспериментальных психолингвистических инструментов. Кроме того, она предполагает ссылки на лингвистику, историю, социологию, психологию, чтобы проинтерпретировать полученные экспериментальные данные. Такой подход позволяет исследование и учет экспериментальных данных с разных сторон, что делает толкование более всесторонним и тщательным.
В статье рассматриваются некоторые идеи о стратегии непрерывного обучения - необходимо учить студентов, развивать и совершенствовать знания, умения и навыки на различных этапах их жизни и в различных средах. Описываются методы, которые можно применять для ее достижения и роль учителя в этом процессе.
This article presents the up-to-date views on the continuous education and the tendencies to business-education development. The learning during the whole life is the vital necessity of our days. The peculiarity of the continuous education consists in the way of the payment for it. It can be payed by the organization which is interested in the improvement of the professional skills of the employees or by the employees themselves, if they participate in the continuous education program. In the framework of this logic the business -education is some special field of the continuous education. Now days business-education and continuous education are some definite system.
The application of methodology for assessing the human capital of the organization was illustrated in this paper on an example of the Czech logistics company. The weight criteria were added for qualifying employees. Estimated cost of human capital organization is a basis for forward-looking personnel management of the company.
The article "Russian Intelligentsia as a Historical and Social Phenomenon" is dedicated to the problems of the disappearance of the so called "intelligentsia" in the post-soviet society and the need to recreate it under new living and cultural conditions. The main purpose of the article is to make a careful and thorough analysis of the term "intelligentsia" not only from a strictly historical and social point of view, but, most important, from the standpoint of philosophy. The author arrives at a conclusion that intelligentsia should not be understood simply as a social group, but as a way of perceiving the reality and one's role on the stage of Russian society. The article is based upon a number of social studies published in professional journals over the last decade.

The author focuses on the competence for vocationally oriented language teaching at levels C1 and C2, outlines the main skills set for the graduates of these universities, describes teaching strategy and the system of exercises aimed at developing professional competence.
