Возможности метода SDM в изучении социального бессознательного и его влияние на проведение тематических групп

In this article, an attempt is made to explore the possibilities of thematic application of the method of the social matrix of dreams by Gordon Lawrence, to study the unconscious context of social experience and to mobilize the thinking abilities of the matrix participants to comprehend new meanings. The increase in the number of social connections through modern technologies expands the field of the social unconscious context that affects a person on a daily basis. Sleep is the receptacle of the unconscious.

This article begins with a brief overview of the general theoretical foundations of the method, followed by a more detailed analysis of the practical application of the method on the example of the thematic group "Leader stability during uncertainty". At the end of the article, conclusions are presented that can be useful for the further development of the SDM method and its successful application both in organizations and in thematic groups.
