The monograph examines the key aspects of the EU political project, which consists in replacing the climate agenda of international cooperation in combating the negative effects of climate change with a completely different one - the universal recognition of the imperatives of decarbonization of the world economy and all aspects of society. The focus is on how individual countries and regions of the planet are adapting to this project and how it affects their energy policies.
