The Historical and Legal Yearbook is a specialized annual publication of the Association of Legal Historians, which publishes researches of Russian and foreign scientists on fundamental and priority areas of development of historical and legal science, as well as scientific reviews reflecting current trends in doctrinal search and the state of discussion in the context of disciplinary and interdisciplinary consideration of historical and legal reality, taking into account the richest heritage of archival materials, the latest source and factual base, creative understanding of the problems of the historical and legal past, formation of a scientific understanding of the present and future of state and law of Russia.
The second issue of the Yearbook includes scientific works devoted to topical issues of the methodology of historical and legal science, important milestones and events in the historical development of the state and law, the evolution of historical and legal views and teachings.
It is recommended to specialists in the history of state and law, researchers, teachers, graduate students, students of historical and legal fields of study and training, as well as to a wide audience interested in historical and legal issues.
