Education is an important stage in the process of personality development. There are tasks related to socialization, adaptation to a new environment and identity formation, in the process of solving which a person changes as a person. High workload can cause disruption of psycho-emotional functioning. Therefore, the problem of helping students adapt to a new stage of life without compromising their psychological well-being is relevant.
