Инфраструктура дополнительного образования детей: тенденции обновления и возможности эффективного использования
The results of the first Russian sociological study of the state and trends in the development of the infrastructure of extracurricular activities of children (ECA) are presented. For the first time, the criteria of its modern infrastructure are systematically discussed in terms of compliance with educational objectives and needs of participants in educational relations, trends in updating the content of ECA, and the development of the industry of equipment and learning tools. The issues of provision of educational institutions with facilities and equipment, aspects of the norm are analyzed-
effective regulation, financing and staffing of infrastructure renovation and use. Special attention is paid to the impact on the modernization of the infrastructure of federal projects. The study is based on in-depth interviews with various participants in the educational process from six regions of the Russian Federation. For specialists of government bodies, heads of educational organizations, teachers of the ECA system, as well as for researchers of ECA and
educational infrastructure issues.
