The protection of labor rights in market conditions requires serious attention from both legislators and law enforcement agencies. Employers are trying to get out of the economic crisis by reducing wages, increasing the volume of work, violating the rights and guarantees of workers' rights established in the law. In this regard, the number of individual labor disputes is growing. It is no secret that the current legislation on the procedure for the consideration and resolution of collective labor disputes does not allow the collectives of organizations to really protect their rights and practically negates the right of workers to strike. All these factors create a need to find alternative ways to protect workers' labor rights. A special feature of this course is the consideration of modern problems of protecting the social and labor rights of employees. The proposals of the authors of the course on improving the current legislation on the protection of labor rights will contribute to their effective solution. For students, masters, postgraduates, teachers of law schools, researchers, as well as readers who are engaged and interested in this issue.
