The article presents an overview of current issues of international regulation of the content of heavy metals (lead,
cadmium, mercury and arsenic) in food. Special attention is paid to the revision of the standards for the content of
arsenic in rice, mercury in some types of fish, cadmium in chocolate, lead in meat, offal, and wine. A comparative
analysis of the standards -permissible levels of content of heavy metals in food products in the EU and the Russian
Federation is carried out.

We developed a three-terminal ion-sensitive device (TTISD) as a proton (H+) and arsenic (As3+) sensor for the detection of glucose and As(III) dissolved in water. The TTISD was fabricated using the e-beam evaporation and glancing angle deposition (GLAD) technique. The TiO2 nanowires (NWs) were grown by GLAD on the conducting nafion channel of the TTISD ...

Above the sunlit surface of Mercury, the properties and formation of dusty plasmas are investigated. It is demonstrated that the dusty plasmas are formed for subsolar angles exceeding approximately 76^o due to photoelectric and electrostatic processes. As a result, the dusty plasmas are present in the polar regions of Mercury, characterized by latitudes of about 70^o and above. The formation ...

A nonlinear phenomenological equation is proposed for the description of shallow (≤1 μm) impurity diffusion in semiconductors and is solved by numerical methods. A comparison to the results of measurements of the diffusion of arsenic in silicon show good agreement between the proposed theory and experiment. ...

Found a practical way to solve the problem of normalizing design work. This issue has been discussed for a long time in the engineering environment, but, despite the developed methods, an optimal solution has not yet been found. Based on the analysis of the existing theoretical material and the systematization of practical experience, an idea ...
