The monograph examines the problems of strategic development of Russia and the constituent entities of the Russian Federation from the point of view of the influence of “controlled chaos”. Particular attention is paid to aspects of national security: demographic and migration, food and digital, which make it possible to stop the technologies of “controlled chaos”. The authors offer recommendations for neutralizing negative trends in the field of national security that could lead to the loss of our country’s subjectivity.

The findings of the study can contribute to the development of effective strategies to counter “controlled chaos” technologies that can lead to destabilization of the political and economic systems of the Russian Federation.

The monograph may be of interest to researchers and specialists in the field of strategy, as well as to heads of government at the federal, regional and municipal levels, heads of organizations and teachers.
