The article is devoted to the study of discursive practice of legitimization of institutionalized values in Japanese pedagogical discourse. A dynamic model of the implementation of this practice is developed, a detailed description of all stages of legitimization of institutionalized values is presented on the example of the course "Moral Education". The results of the implementation of the legitimization practice are modeled in the form of cultural scenarios. It is intended for a wide range of researchers of topical problems of discourse theory, linguoculturology, sociolinguistics and axiolinguistics.
