The workshop on the special part of civil law was prepared by the faculty of the Department of Private Law of the HSE Faculty of Law. It contains all the necessary materials for conducting seminars, including topics and questions for discussion, tasks, as well as a list of basic and additional literature. The broad competencies and in-depth knowledge of the specialists of the HSE Department of Private Law made it possible to form the contents of the book in an optimal way, which ensures both the development of fundamental theoretical knowledge of civil law and acquaintance with the most pressing practical problems that domestic and foreign law enforcers face.
In view of the foregoing, the publication will be useful for students, masters and graduate students mastering educational programs in legal areas, as well as for scientists, teachers and practitioners who have completed their studies.
