The proposed collection was prepared based on the materials of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Notary in the system of protection of socio-economic rights", which was held at the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences on March 23, 2022. The collection contains articles by leading scientists of the IGP RAS specializing in these issues, leading domestic and foreign scientists — representatives of academic institutions and educational organizations of Russia and foreign countries, the states of the Eurasian Economic Union, young scientists, as well as representatives of notaries, public authorities and law enforcement agencies, practicing lawyers and entrepreneurs. The articles presented by the participants of the conference considered the most pressing issues of the legislation on notarial activity and the prospects for the development of the institute of notaries in modern socio-economic conditions, especially the electronic interaction of notaries and state information systems, the basics of professional activity of notaries in the light of the amendments to the Constitution of 2020 and others.
