in the light of the axiological approach to the analysis of modern criminal lawmaking, it becomes possible to identify those objects protected by criminal law that most often attract the attention of the legislator and for the purpose of their criminal law protection, the array of norms of the special part of the Code increases. Of particular interest is the comparison of the results obtained with the practice of applying the criminal law.
