Роль подсказок в индукции первичного доверия к новостным интерфейсам
The virtual nature of the web environment fundamentally changes the relationship between the parties to social interaction and challenges the conventional understanding of trust, leading to the need to reconsider this concept. In particular, the focus is on how trust on the Internet can be influenced by the web interface, which is the only point of contact between the 'physical' and the digital environment. The planned study will investigate the impact of specific interface cues on trust in the news source, which is particularly relevant in the age of fake news. We hypothesise that when first encountering a web interface, the user consciously or unconsciously pays attention to the interface cues placed on the page, even if they are typical of that type of interface. Deliberate implementation and management of such cues will improve the quality of news sites and deepen understanding of online trust mechanisms.
