Основные цели функционирования низовых инноваций в образовании на примере Республики Дагестан
This article focuses on an in-depth study of grassroots innovation cases in the Republic of Dagestan in order to identify the features of their functioning, including sociocultural ones. The analysis is based on the interviews with representatives of schools, higher education organizations and secondary vocational education organizations, centers of additional education and educational platforms on the basis of museums and bookstores. According to the analysis, several main reasons for creating innovative educational projects in Dagestan were identified: (1) the striving to preserve the sociocultural heritage; (2) the inclination to maintain the functioning of schools in highland villages; (3) the desire to provide the new generation with the skills necessary for successful professional and personal self-realization in the modern 181 world; (4) the intention to increase the students’ involvement through a variety of formats and tools of educational activities. This analysis allows understanding of the transformation processes taking place in the regional educational system. As a practical result, this information is important for building mechanisms aimed at involving active individuals in transformation processes and scaling up best practices.
