In the conditions of the prolonged crisis, as well as the constant growth of the knowledge intensity of the products created by business structures, only those enterprises that are focused on working in a rapidly changing external environment remain competitive. Such enterprises must respond quickly to emerging market demands through effective management and ownership of well-established processes of design, production, delivery and support of their product on the market. This can be achieved only with the competent and timely application of the tools of a systematic approach and the achievements of modern management technologies.
Currently, the issue of import substitution in key sectors of the national economy ensuring the national security of the country is acute in the Russian Federation, which can be achieved only by improving the quality of products, introducing effective management methods and innovative technologies in production.
Ensuring the competitiveness of the Russian economy requires the construction of both a more rational structure and an increase in its technological level. To do this, business units will have to find and activate both new and undisclosed internal reserves for effective management organization, fuller use of all types of resources, and use effective methods of stimulating and motivating labor.
