The book reveals the techniques and technologies that appeared in the process of teaching the courses "Theory of State and Law", "Problems of the Theory of State and Law", "Legal Analytics". The possibilities of using business games in the educational process of a law school are shown. The reasons for successes and failures are analyzed. The reaction of students to methodological novelties and experiments is demonstrated. The data of the SOP - student assessment of teaching are given. The book is addressed to teachers of legal and other humanitarian and social disciplines. It can be useful for teaching young people working on the creation of their own training courses on the theory of state and law, legal analytics, and other legal disciplines.
