The textbook has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard in the direction of training 40.03.01 "Jurisprudence" and the Federal State Educational Standard in the direction of training 40.05.04 "Judicial and prosecutorial activities".
Taking into account the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the subject, method, system and forms of environmental law are considered; the ownership of natural objects, the right of nature use, the grounds for their occurrence and termination, the main functions of management in the field of protection and use of natural resources, the system of measures of legal responsibility for environmental offenses are analyzed, and the legal regulation of individual components of the environment is disclosed Wednesday. Includes questions and test tasks for self-control.
It is recommended for students studying under the program of higher professional education (bachelor's degree, specialty). It can be useful for teachers, graduate students of law schools.
Regulatory legal acts are used as of January 1, 2022.
