the analysis of the current criminal law and judicial practice shows that as a measure to counteract crimes committed using the Internet, punishment is applied in the form of deprivation of the right to engage in certain activities (Article 47 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). At the same time, the issues of its legal regulation, appointment and execution have been the subject of active discussion in science for a long time, and with the further digitalization of public life, the discussion enters a new «round».
