This article analyzes in detail the technologies of artificial intelligence in the field of recruiting, taking into account the parameters of reliability, loyalty and honesty: in the context of the 4 stages of development of AI in the field of recruitment, the intellectual methods used in relation to each problem area of ​​recruitment are considered, the advantages of technological solutions of the most popular among users of recruiting platforms that use AI algorithms in their work, aimed at selecting the most honest and professional candidates. Based on the review of foreign studies given by the authors, it is possible to draw conclusions about the positive (speed and quality of the selection of applicants according to the requirements of employers) and negative (the risk of discrimination, a decrease in the perceived value of the company's brand) effects that are associated with the introduction of artificial intelligence in the system of search and selection of candidates. In the course of communication with representatives of the largest recruiting services using AI in the field of recruitment, the possibilities of intelligent solutions in predicting the success of candidates and determining their propensity for opportunistic and corrupt behavior were revealed.
