УПРАВЛЕНИЕ НА ОСНОВЕ ВЫСШИХ СМЫСЛОВ В ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ / статья в сборнике материалов XXI Международной конференции «История управленческой мысли и бизнеса: «Проблемы измерений в управлении социальными объектами: вчера, сегодня, завтра»
This article presents the results of a study of approaches and practices of management in Russian organizations based on higher meanings. The empirical basis of the article is the data obtained during the implementation of the project "Research of Motivation 3.0 in innovative companies" of students of the Master's program "Management of Research, Development and Innovation in the company" of the Department of Innovation Management of the Higher School of Economics in 2020. Within the framework of the project, in-depth interviews were conducted with managers and top managers of a number of companies, corporations, startups and non-profit organizations in various fields of activity (14 organizations in total). The research methodology is based on the approaches of management culture, management ideology, and values-based management and includes theoretical analysis and generalization of interview materials. The article proposes the author's classification of types of organizations based on the mechanisms of building a management system based on the highest meanings in the organization
