Перспективы неинвазивной глюкометрии
The condition of patients with diabetes mellitus is highly dependent on the timely control of glycemic parameters. The process of self-control is extremely important for high-quality and timely correction of all deviations in blood glucose levels. Currently used glucometers have a number of signi cant disadvantages, the main ones being the invasiveness and high cost of measurements, which limits the frequency of self-monitoring and complicates the process of compensating for glucose levels. Thus, in order to solve the problem of continuous monitoring of glucose levels in vivo, it becomes necessary to create noninvasive, inexpensive and high-precision glucometers. Despite the fact that developments in the eld of non-invasive glucose measurement have been going on for decades and a large number of methods have been proposed, none of them has yet found application in clinical practice. This article discusses the methods used to develop non-invasive blood glucose meters. Examples of actually developed devices currently used to determine blood glucose levels by indirect non-invasive methods are given
