Современные проблемы воспитания и развития ребенка с позиции родителей
To date, problems appear in the institute of the family due to a decrease in its educational role, an increase in the socio-cultural gap between older and younger generations, insufficient psychological and pedagogical competence of parents, therefore, the question of identifying difficulties in child-parent relations is particularly acute. From October 2020 to March 2021, we conducted a survey of 612 parents (7% of fathers and 93% of mothers) from various regions of Russia with children from 2 months to 18 years old in remote and face-to-face formats in order to identify key problems of child-parent relations during infancy, junior nursery, preschool, junior, middle and senior school ages. Frequency, comparative, correlation analyses and descriptive statistics were used for data processing. The results of the study showed that fathers face the most difficulties associated with the interaction of adolescents with the outside world and the definition of their boundaries in it, and mothers - with poor academic performance in elementary school and the emotional state of adolescent children. Parents with higher education are more likely to note various difficulties than parents with incomplete higher education or with secondary vocational education. The life of a child in a full family, despite the participation of both parents in the upbringing, is characterized by certain problems of growing up. Positive correlations between various difficulties of child-parent relations have been revealed. The knowledge about the most common and urgent problems of the relationship between parents and children in the modern family, presented in the article, can be used as information materials for parents, children, teachers, psychologists, educational psychologists to work to overcome crisis and difficult situations in the family.
