Историческая политика в практике международных судов
The monograph is devoted to the study of the historical policy pursued by
international courts, especially the European Court of Human Rights and
bodies of international criminal justice. Problems related to
known with different features of the knowledge of historical facts that occurred
in the distant past, as well as with how international courts qualify certain
other episodes of the offending past of various peoples. Work is done
an attempt to trace the relationship of historical, psychological and legal
on the examples of the Balkan states, the countries of South America and the post-Soviet pro-
