The collection of articles by Russian and foreign Orientalists is based on the materials of the 7-th International Scientific Conference of Young Orientalists, held on November 28-29, 2019 in Moscow with support of the Institute of Far Eastern Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The book focuses on the different aspects of regional development of China, Japan, South and North Korea, Vietnam and cooperation with Russia in the areas of politics, economics, history and social sciences. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the new information technologies, cooperation in the finance sector and issues of the trade-economic interaction between the countries of the region. A number of papers describe historical and cultural aspects of bilateral and multilateral cooperation in East Asia.
