Механизм институциональных изменений в инфраструктуре жизнедеятельности населения региона

The system of relations between the actors of the infrastructure for living conditions of the population includes functionally interconnected sustainable strategies of the behavior of producers of infrastructure goods and suppliers of necessary resources, goods consumers, interested public organizations, as well as public authorities and local self-government. Along with this, the simultaneous interest and active participation in the reproduction of infrastructure by its actors create the need for an institutional dimension of their interactions and its design. Real institutional changes are interrelated, which leads to the necessity of the mechanism of such changes. Such a mechanism could provide an opportunity for targeted changes in the search for a balance of interests of actors who could be engaged in the infrastructure of the population living conditions, both locally and at the regional level.
