Современные структурные проблемы развития малого и среднего бизнеса в России в условиях трансформации глобальной экономики и пути их решения
The crisis caused by the development of CoViD-19 in the world has caused signi cant damage to many sectors of the economy. Among them, small businesses were the most seriously a ected. In their work, the authors conclude that as early as 2019, the potential for SME development in Russia was exhausted and the current crisis has only worsened this situation. The problems of stopping growth are of a fundamental structural nature and are related to the international division of labor and the place that Russia occupies in it. In part, they will be solved by the growing formation of nancial independence of Russia. However, the full goals of SME growth can only be achieved by moving to a new socio-economic development model that replaces the current one, which has completely exhausted itself and does not have the potential for further development. This transition requires a change in the approach and the main elements of the SME development program, also developed by the authors
