The collection of works includes materials from the National (All-Russian) Scientific and Practical Conference “Clustering the Digital Economy: Global Challenges”, organized by the Higher Engineering and Economic School of St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. The collection of scientific papers presents materials on the theory of the digital economy in modern conditions of the impact of global challenges, including the Covid-19 pandemic. It also reflects materials on the theory of cluster development, the formation of innovative clusters, the study of problems and prospects for the development of innovative activities of economic systems and business entities, the use of tools and methods of digitalization of regions, industries, enterprises, the improvement of training, the use of digital technologies in the economy and industry. The collection reflects the works of scientists and specialists from a number of universities, institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences, organizations, institutions and enterprises, representatives of state and municipal authorities and executive authorities of Russia and foreign countries. The materials of the collection will be useful to teachers, researchers, specialists of industrial, scientific enterprises, organizations and institutions, as well as graduate students, undergraduates and students.
