The monograph is devoted to the resolution of trade and economic disputes in the WTO. Attention is drawn to the peculiarities and effectiveness of Russia's participation as a plaintiff, defendant and the third party in emerging interstate trade conflicts. An attempt is made to show the importance of the WTO's activities in resolving trade and economic disputes for the development of world economic relations. The monograph is intended for researchers, teachers, postgraduates, students and anyone interested in the functioning of the WTO, issues related to the legal regulation of foreign economic activity, the economic effects of the functioning of the mechanism for resolving trade and economic disputes in the WTO.
